Shipping policy

All ready to ship products will ship within same or next business day (unless otherwise stated). Please allow an additional business day for custom order preparation.

If you place an order that includes both custom and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship together once the custom item(s) are complete. If you would like to receive the ready-to-ship items sooner, please place order in a separate transaction. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incorrect addresses on packages. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again in order for us to reship your order. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any claims must be made directly through the postal service handling your package. Once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over how the mail carrier handles the delivery
